Callisto stares into the distance in utter complete confusion. "But if that was the case," Callisto muses, "Why didn't you just leave when I gave you your wand?"
Tempest lets out an involuntary noise like she just got hit.
"Or," Callisto continues, "Let me fall from the rooftop. Or even say the whole," Callisto's voice shifts into an almost teasing mimicry of Tempest's, "'It's okay darling, you're safe with me'... thing."
Tempest appears to be taking physical damage from every new word that comes out of Callisto's mouth. She sighs heavily, "Ya got me there..." then grins at her and winks, "What can I say? I have a weakness for pretty women."
Callisto blinks and feels a little heat rise to her cheeks as she says that, then quirks an eyebrow and begins to retort with what surely would have been another absolute zinger rendering Tempest reeling again, but as she turns her face she finds Tempest's inches from her own, whispering in her ear, "It's my only flaw."
She reels back in shock and lets out an involuntary yelp, much to Tempest's surprise.
