There are two transcript versions available for each page—a direct transcription of what's happening on the page itself, and a prose version intended to tell the story through text. The direct transcription will let you understand what sighted readers are viewing, but the prose will give you a more immersive story experience. By default, transcripts will be collapsed until interacted with. Enable these options if you'd like to have your preferred box always expanded.
The recommended way to read just the prose alone would be to purchase the pdf/epub version, but you can opt to hide the images from the page if you like.
